| 摘 要： | 新时期的人才培养必须坚持思想政治教育并将坚定正确的政治方向放在第一位。为此我们不仅需要确定全面发展的优秀人才的思想道德性的内在依据，而且需要确定这种考量的标志和载体以及实现这一人才价值的学理方式。

| Abstract: | In the new historical period, ideological and political education should be maintained, and firm and correct political orientation should be put in the first place in bringing up the new generation of qualified personnel. Not only shall we establish the inherent political and ethical grounds for bringing up talented people, but also we shall set up the criteria for evaluation and the corresponding scientific principles for the realization of the goal. |
