| Abstract: | According to the real situation of construction projects and its requirement,the tender chooses the price law of the lowest bid by evaluation,which is their basic legal right given by law.The basic purpose of tendering and bidding is to achieve investment savings by competition,thus pledging to realize the expected investment beneficial result. |
