| Abstract: | This text further elaborates that the aerobics teaching can improve the students' comprehensive qualities (ideological, physical, psychological and aesthetic qualities) by analyzing the developing state of the aerobics exercise in Tianshui Normal University and finds that attention should be given to the aerobics teaching. This paper suggests that the role of the aerobics teaching prove to be positive in the impementation of quality eduction. |
