| 摘 要： | 探索高等院校新型冰雪体育课程体系的建构,从冰雪体育文化的角度解读、认知高等院校冰雪体育课的深层内涵,使高校体育教学管理者、教师和学生对冰雪体育教学有着非同以往的理解,是深化高等院校冰雪体育教学改革的关键。提出追求知识与技能传授的有机结合,在教学内容与方式上全面落实人文精神,培养学生终身体育意识和搭建体育与生活方式的对接三重教学境界新理念,是彻底改革原有冰雪体育教学理念、模式,建构新型冰雪体育课程体系的体育教学指导思想。认为只有落实了三重教学境界的追求目标,高等院校的冰雪体育课教学水平才能真正得到提升,才能使受教育者增强身体素质、人文素质并使之终身受益。
