| 摘 要： | 随着柔道技、战术的不断发展与更新，整体竞技水平越来越高，竞争也越来越激烈。通过文献资料法、观察法和访问法，结合多年的训练及比赛经验，笔者对目前柔道技术与战术进行分析、总结，归纳柔道技、战术的特点和训练方法，为柔道教练员、运动员的教学与训练提供一些参考与建议。

| Abstract: | With the gradual development and update of the skills and tactics of judo and with the higher requirement of overall athletic level, the competition has been fiercer and fiercer. Through literature method, observation method and visitation method and by integrating years of training and experience in contests the writer has analyzed and summarized the skills and tactics of judo and the features of the skills and tactics of judo and its training ways with the aim to provide some reference and suggestions for coaches' teaching and athletes' training. |
