生物有机肥对木薯生长后期抗衰老生理特性的影响

摘    要:试验以木薯品种辐选01和利达生物有机肥为材料,就生物有机肥对木薯后期抗衰老生理特性的影响进行研究。结果表明:在生长后期,各生物有机肥处理木薯叶片过氧化物酶活性、过氧化氢酶活性、脯氨酸含量均比对照的高,而各生物有机肥处理木薯叶片丙二醛含量均比对照的低。综合比较,各生物有机肥处理的抗衰老特性都比对照的强。

Abstract:The effects of bio-organic fertilizer on the anti-senility physiological characters of cassava during growth later period were studied in this experiment of which the cassava variety FUXUAN01 and the bio-organic fertilizer produced by LIDA company were used as materials.The result showed that during growth later period,the peroxidase activities,the catalase activities,the proline contents of the leaves of the bio-organic fertilizer treatments were higher than that of the control.However,the MDA contents of the leaves of the bio-organic fertilizer treatments were less than that of the control.By the comprehensive comparison of anti-senility physiological characters,we can make a conclusion that the anti-senility physiological characters of the leaves of the bio-organic fertilizer treatments are obvious than that of the control.
