水和温度对极压抗磨剂在复合锂基润滑脂中摩擦学性能的影响

摘    要:采用四球试验机分别评价了不同温度下烘烤和不同比例的水对3种极压抗磨添加剂(T309,T306,T321)在复合锂基润滑脂中的磨擦学性能的影响。结果表明,温度和水对于三种极压抗磨添加剂的摩擦学性能都有很大的影响,其中温度和水对于T321的摩擦学性能影响最大,对于T306和T309的相比较而言影响较小。

Abstract:It was tested of the influence of drying of the different temperature and proportion of water on tribological properties of three kinds of extreme pressure-antiwear additives(T306,T309,T321) in lithium complex grease with four-ball tester.The result shows that temperature and water have a great influence on the tribological properties of three kinds of extreme pressure-antiwear additives.The study indicates that temperature and water have a more influence on the tribological properties of the T321 than T306 and T309.
