| 摘 要： | 基于中国的转型经济环境,从连锁董事的中观和微观两个维度出发,考察连锁董事网络位置和连锁董事在董事会中的比例与企业绩效的关系在动态环境中的表现。研究结果显示:连锁董事网络的镶嵌效应对处于连锁董事网络中不同位置企业的绩效的影响是不同的,在经济转型背景下,在高动态性的环境中,处于连锁董事网络中心位置的企业,绩效较低。

| Abstract: | The paper focuses on examining the moderating influence of environment dynamism on the relationship of interlocking directorates and the firm's output.Results indicate that compared with other firms,the firms in the center of the net formed by interlocking directorates enjoy greater output;and in an environment with high dynamism the output of the firms in the center of the net would be negatively affected. |
