普通高校滑冰课应用分层教学法的实验研究

摘    要:采用实验法对普通高校滑冰课应用分层教学进行分析,将“讲练结合”教学法与分层教学法进行实验对比。分层教学法可以提升学生学习滑冰的成绩,但提升幅度在统计学层面无显著性差异;分层教学法对增强大学生体质健康有帮助,特别在提高大学生心肺功能方面最为明显;新的教学方法有助于改善大学生的心理状况,教学更有针对性,能够提升大学生学习的动机和学习的信心。学生学习新技能的压力降低,心情更为放松。采用分层教学法更能激发学生学习兴趣,比“讲练结合”的教学法更能贴近学生,完全符合了素质教育要求。

Experimental Study on Application of Lamination Teaching Methods in common colleges and universities

Abstract:By using the method of experiment to analyze application of lamination teaching methods in common colleges and universities,this paper has an experimental comparison between“teaching and practice”teaching method and lamination teaching method. Lamination teaching method could promote students,performance of learning skating,but the improvement in statistical level has no significant difference,Lamination teaching method is helpful to improve physical health of students, especially in improving students, cardiopulmonary function;New teaching method is good for improving psychological status of students,more targeted to teaching can improve learning motivation and confidence of students. Less stress of learning new skills,feeling is more relaxed. Using lamination teaching method can arouse students,interest in learning,getting more closer to students than“teaching and practice”,fully compliance with the requirements of quality education.
