摘    要:通过对数学教学过程中的教学思维活动“感知、理解、巩固和应用”四个阶段的分析,提出由学生自己当“教师”的教学模式,由传统的“教师讲,学生听”的教学模式改革为“师生角色转换为无形式师生”的模式,来逐步培养学生学习的主动性、创造性及思维能力,让学生在“做中学”,学得轻松、愉快,使其在中小学阶段逐步养成良好的学习习惯,为其今后的发展打下良好的基础。

Abstract:By analyzing the four stages feeling, comprehending, strengthening and application in maths teaching,I would present a new classroom pattern ,or a new style of teaching-- "role interaction".The following article will discuss how I conducted this new method in my class and what effect it brings up to the students .With this new style of teaching and learning, the students have much been improved in their initiative, creativity and thinking ability.They feel they are learning by doing and studying maths with fun . In this way they can form a good habit and lay a good foundation for the future study.
