| 摘 要： | 学校特色发展问题的关键是深入而准确地揭示学校特色发展的实现机制.综合已有研究、理论分析与实践经验三个方面的认识成果,学校特色发展的内在逻辑与实现机制可以归纳如下:在教育相对独立与学校个体生存两个必须条件满足的情况下,学校自主发展是学校特色发展的实质与目的;学校文化精神是学校特色发展的核心与灵魂;办学资源的充分开发与优化配置是学校特色发展的现实基础;学校创新主体的培育与生成是学校特色发展的决定性因素;课程开发与教学创新是学校特色发展的关键环节;校本管理体制与运行机制的创建是学校特色发展的重要保证.
