| 摘 要： | 从“健康第一”、“终身体育”和“以人为本”的综合视角,审视普通高校乒乓球课的教学现状,提出：对乒乓球课的教学内容、教材、教学方法和评价体系进行改革,同时加强课外乒乓球俱乐部和乒乓球协会的建设,形成以课内带课外,以课外促课内的良性互动教学模式。

| Abstract: | From the "health first" and "sport for life" and "people-oriented" comprehensive perspective,this paper analyzes the status quo of table tennis subject in universities and colleges,and elaborates some suggestions,such as reforming teaching content,teaching materials,teaching methods and evaluation system,strengthening the construction of extra-curricular table tennis clubs and associations,forming the positive interaction within and outside the class teaching pattern. |
