| 摘 要： | 专利情报分析是企业研发定位的关键，基于专利地图信息整合功能，构建企业研发定位分析框架，并以哈尔滨医药集团为例系统阐述了企业研发战略分析与选择方法，同时给出了哈尔滨医药集团研发战略，旨在从专利视角为企业研发战略管理提供理论方法指导与实例参考。
