| Abstract: | The rules regulating corroborative evidence of confession are important evidence principles to prevent miscarriage of justice,thus guarantee the correctness of the judgement.There are no adequate studies by Chinese scholarship and relevant sectors but many disputes among foreign scholars on the rules regulating corroborative edvidence of confession.Therefore,it' s necessary to redefine the connotations and ingredients of the rules. |
