摘    要:采用室内恒温好气培养法,通过在土壤中添加复合肥、枯落物和牛粪,探讨不同添加物对冬枣林模拟土壤氮含量及矿化量的影响。结果表明,培养过程中,除对照外,添加复合肥土壤的NH4^+-N含量最高,枯落物次之,牛粪最低(P〈0.05);不同处理土壤NO3^--N含量的变化不显著(P〉0.05),氮素矿化量差异显著(P〈0.05),表现为复合肥处理〉枯落物处理〉牛粪处理〉对照;其中对照土壤的氮素矿化量呈负值,无机氮随时间而消耗;不同添加物处理的土壤氮矿化量为正值,表明添加物的施加促进了土壤氮的矿化过程,因此,在冬枣栽培区施肥管理中,可探讨按照适宜比例施加复合肥、枯落物、牛粪和农作物的秸秆,以促进土壤中氮的转化与有效利用。

Abstract:A laboratory aerobic incubation test is conducted under constant temperature to study the mineralization and variation of nitrogen in soil of Ziziphus jujube Land.The results show that after 120days incubation,soil content of ammonia nitrogen and nitrate nitrogen and mineral nitrogen in different treatments present the following trend:NPK treatmen〉tlitter treatment〉cow manure treatmentcontrol treatment,respectively.However,mineralization of control treatment is negative,and positive in soil with additive.It indicates that additive accelerates the process of mineralization.
