| 摘 要： | 海岛农村教师发展的主要途径是加强教师继续教育，基础是建立保障机制，而动力是确立行之有效的激励机制。如何确定行之有效的教师激励机制，本文从对现有海岛农村教师激励政策的反思和具体的典型案例分析来探讨这一问题。

| Abstract: | The major way of villiage teachers' development in island is strengthening their continuation education, the foundation of which is constructing security mechanism, and the power of which is establishing effective excitation mechanism. The paper aims at finding out the way to establish effective excitation mechanism, and discussing the problem through analyzing typical cases and existing policy. |
