| 摘 要： | 提升城市能级是发挥城市功能的重要途径,而现代服务业是提升城市能级的重要产业支撑。省会中心城市福州必须把大力发展现代服务业作为城市能级提升的重要途径,进一步放松对服务业的管制,优化服务业结构,培植发展载体,加快城市化进程,加强福州与台湾现代服务业合作。
