| 摘 要： | 在社会转型的新形势下,大学生的思想政治教育工作显得尤为重要。多数高校把思想政治教育工作的重点放在思政课堂和平时的学生事务管理中,主要通过学生活动和班会加强大学生的思想政治教育工作。然而,宿舍是大学生生活和学习的重要场所,良好的宿舍环境和积极健康的宿舍文化氛围,不仅对大学生身心健康有促进作用,帮助他们养成良好的习惯,更是开展大学生思想政治工作的需要和有效途径。客观分析了宿舍文化内涵,宿舍文化建设重要性和宿舍文化建设中思想政治教育面临的问题,讨论了辅导员入住宿舍,学生的民主自我管理和宿舍文化月开展等在宿舍文化建设中良好效果,对大学生思想政治教育工作提供了很好的借鉴。

| Abstract: | In the new situation of social transformation ,the task of ideological education of college students seems like such an important thing. Many colleges are focusing on ideological and political courses in the work of ideological education, which mainly strengthen ideological education of college students through students＇ activities and class meetings. However, dormitory is an important place to college students＇ lives and study. Good dormitory environment and positive and healthy dormitory culture atmosphere not only promote the mental health of college students and help them develop good habits,but also develop the ideological education of college students. This text objectively analyzed the meaning of dormitory culture, the importance of dormitory culture construction, the problems of ideological education in the dormitory culture construction, discussed the good effect of instructors＇ participation in the dormitory and students＇ democratic self-control and the devel- opment of dormitory culture month in the dormitory culture construction,which provide an good example to the work of ideo- logical education of college students. |
