| 摘 要： | 本文运用平衡计分卡(BSC)的相关理论,结合我国高校图书馆的发展现状、用户需求及发展趋势,在已有的图书馆BSC评估体系研究基础上,对具体的评价维度和指标进行改良,构建了高校图书馆绩效评估体系。
