| Abstract: | To explore the characteristics of emerging university zone and need for technological and cultural of local citizens,this paper explain the feasibility,necessity and characteristics of library alliance within the zone and research the choice fo mode of Regional Library Consortium,a summary of the existing union experience was put forward to provide the feasible advice for the same kind of library alliance. |
