| 摘 要： | 工伤认定对于劳动者获得工伤保险赔偿和用人单位工伤事故责任赔偿具有重大意义。我国现有工伤认定法律程序存在一些问题。作者希望通过对现行工伤认定法律程序进行改进,促进整个程序的透明化、高效化,使之更为公平和有力地保护劳动者的合法权益。
