| 摘 要： | 档案馆的转型、信息资源结构的变化、档案仓储的虚拟化、用户角色的转变,促使一种全新的服务模式——智慧服务的产生,它在拓宽服务范围、深化服务内容、创新服务手段方面为档案馆带来了更多的可能性。档案馆应加快固有服务体系的升级,从资源、技术、服务、用户、人员等方面推动档案馆服务创新。

| Abstract: | The transformation of archives,the changes in the structure of information resources,the virtualization of archives warehousing and the transition of user’s role have prompted the emergence of a new service model—smart service.It brings more possibilities for archives in broadening the scope of service,deepening service content and innovating service means.Archives should speed up the upgrading of the inherent service system and promote the innovation of archives service from the perspective of resources,technology,service,users and personnel. |
