| 摘 要： | 儒家的功利思想趋向于价值性和伦理性,偏重于道德教化;法家的功利思想趋向于工具性和实用性,偏重于实践.由于儒家与法家的功利思想的趋向性与偏重不同,两家在功利思想的角度、内容以及求取功利的方式等方面也有很大的不同.

| Abstract: | Confucianist's utility thought tends to the value and the ethicality;Legalist school's utility thought tends to utilizable and the usability.The Confucianist and legalist school's utility thought topotaxis is different,causes two in the utility thought goal,utility thought content as well as seeking utility aspect and so on way differences.This kinds of differences has affected the Chinese differently,until now the Confucianist and legalist school's utility thought also has the latent influence. |
