| 摘 要： | 随着中国旅游及酒店业良好的发展势头,与之相匹配的酒店管理人才却相对短缺。培养高素质、高技能型酒店管理人才迫在眉睫。旅游教育工作者应以就业为导向,遵循教学改革的原则,专注培养高素质高技能型人才,并结合学院实际状况,理清思路,提出了相应的改革措施。
