| 摘 要： | 把经济学中的效率与公平原理应用于高校学校体育领域，利用效率与公平机制来调节高校学校体育的实施，可以更好的处理高校体育领域出现的种种问题和弊端。通过分析高校学校体育领域内效率与公平的相互关系及其地位的转变过程，展望新时期的发展趋势，以期为提高高校学校体育工作的效率与公平度提供参考。

| Abstract: | The applytation of the principle of efficiency and fair mechanism in the field of university sports can adjnst the imple- mention of university sports, and handle the problems of itself. The paper analyzed the relationship of efficiency and fairness, and discussed their trendency,in order to provide some reference for the enhancing of school sports work. |
