| 摘 要： | 从运动生理学的角度出发，对“集中注意力”听枪起跑存在的各种不利因素进行了分析，在教学实践中对两种不同的起跑要求进行了教学实验，认为有意识下的“静”听枪声起跑比“集中注意力”听枪声起跑反应更快。

| Abstract: | From the aspect of sport physiology,the paper analyzed various disadvantageous factors of getting off the mark with attention fully focused on the gun shot. By the teaching experiment carried out in the teaching practice on two different get off requirements,it was held that the reaction of getting off on the mark with the conscious tranquil listening to the gun shot would be faster than with attention fully focused on the gun shot. |
