| Abstract: | So long as our striving goal is to construct t he learning mode society, it behooves us to reform our study so as to build the learning mode city, and by adopting the creative learning outlook to guide the c itizens, to progress in studying, to develop in creating, thus to enhance the ci tizens' comprehensive qualities on the whole. Also to fundamentally improve the constructing level of the ethical city, we have to promote the citizens' learnin g ability as well as the city's competitiveness. |
