| 摘 要： | 1937年8月1日成立的"天津市治安维持会",是日本侵略军在华北占领区最早扶植建立的傀儡组织之一。该伪维持会遵照日军意旨,临时代行天津市府职权,在协助日军维持社会治安、镇压抗日活动等方面发挥了重要作用。"天津市治安维持会"的成立及施政,为华北沦陷区其他伪维持会的建立提供了示范,并为嗣后该地区伪政权的建立奠定了重要基础。

| Abstract: | The Tianjin puppet security maintenance organization set up on August 1,1937 is one of the earliest puppet organizations that Japanese invaders design in the north of China.The puppet organization in Tianjin obeys the Japanese orders to rule the city,and it functions substantially in helping Japanese to maintain the stability and suppress the anti-Japanese activities.It is a vicious model for different areas in the north of China,and for the puppet government later. |
