| 摘 要： | 体育纠纷的产生是我国职业体育发展中的产物,也是我国职业体育法律法规控制不力的表现。体育仲裁制度解决体育纠纷具有优势,是体育行政法规裁决体育纠纷的有益补充。论文解析了构建职业体育仲裁制度的意义;论述了体育仲裁制度的优势;提出建立体育仲裁制度需要思考的三个问题。
