| 摘 要： | 本研究构建了“基本理论验证一基本技术操作一开发应用创新”的多级实验实践教学内容，创建了“课堂教学＋课外实习＋野外实践密切结合的三三制人才培养模式”，把地学理论教学、实验实践教学与基本技能训练、创新意识培养有机地结合起来。树立以学生为本，知识传授、能力培养、素质提高、协调发展的教育理念，努力把学生培养成“肯吃苦、善动手、会管理、能创新”的应用型高级专业人才。

| Abstract: | This study elaborates the multi-level practice teaching of " basic theory verification -basic technique operations-the innovation of development and application" ,and establishes a " 3-3 system talent training model" which combines the classroom teaching with after-class exercitation and field practice.
