| 摘 要： | 酮体是脂肪酸分解代谢过程中主要在肝脏内产生的中间代谢产物,是运动时肝脏快速输出脂肪酸供能的一种形式,在调节体内燃料平衡方面起重要作用.对血液、尿液中酮体的测定,可以反映脂肪氧化供能状况,目前尿十项中的酮体作为反映运动员机能状态的生化指标在运动队广泛应用.了解运动时酮体代谢的特点和规律,对于进一步阐明运动时脂肪供能特点及糖、脂肪代谢的相互关系具有重要意义.对运动性酮体的产生、利用、调节及影响因素等有关内容进行综述.

| Abstract: | Ketone bodies (kb) are produced mainly in hepatic tissue .they are byproducts of fatty acid decompose metabolism. They are a form which the energy is supplied by liver through rapidly outputting the fatty acid while exercising. They are playing an important role in balancing endogenous fuel. The menstruation of blood or urine is an important biochemical index while examining the fatty acid supplying energy by oxidation. It has been broadly made use of in sporting team .comprehend the characteristic and rule of ketone body metabolism, it is very important for us to clarify the characteristics of sugar metabolism and the relation between sugar metabolism and fatty metabolism. This text introduces the producing process , use, adjusting, influencing factor in relation to sporting ketone body, and so on. |
