| 摘 要： | 大学生艺术社团作为高校中特殊的学生组织在繁荣校园文化、丰富学生业余生活、提高学生个人能力等方面发挥作用。本文分析了大学生艺术社团存在自身定位不准、缺乏创新活动的现状,提出加强活动考核、培养梯队干部的改进策略,希望对大学生艺术社团的建设起到借鉴作用。

| Abstract: | Art clubs as special college student organizations play an important role in promoting cam-pus culture,enriching students＆#39;extracurricular life and improving their abilities.This paper points out that college art clubs could do better self-positioning and conduct more creative activities.It suggests to improve college art clubs construction by strengthening activity evaluation and training the student cadre echelons. |
