| 摘 要： | 为提高太极拳的教学效果和受众面，使祖国宝贵的文化遗产得以更好的推广、传承，充分发挥其积极作用。运用文献分析，问卷调查和数理统计等方法。结果表明：太极拳运用背景音乐能改善学生学习太极拳的态度。在被调查者中，喜爱太极拳者由31．3％上升至66％。原喜爱程度为“一般”或“不喜欢”者，则分别由49．3％、19．3％下降至26％和6．9％，说明在太极拳的演练中配以优美、舒缓的符合太极拳意境的背境音乐，是实现普及太极拳、提高教学质量的有效手段。建议：重视太极拳教学，在太极拳教学中，应配以优美、舒缓的符合太极拳意境的背景音乐。

| Abstract: | Objectives; to improve the teaching effect of Taijiquan; to popularize and carry on the precious cultural heritage of our country. Methods; literature analysis, poll and mathematical statistics. Results; teaching Taijiquan with suitable background music helps arouse students' interest and make them love Taijiquan, so suitable background music will be of great help both in popularizing the training item and improving teaching effect. Suggestion; it is necessary to dub some sweet and suitable background music in Taijiquan teaching. |
