| 摘 要： | 一个王朝想要永葆长青的统治,除了法治外,德治也是其不可或缺的统治手段之一。而商一朝,在长达五百多年的统治时期,神权政治是其首要的统治手段,同时它也积极倡导德政。在现存的史料《尚书》中,就可以采择出商朝宽松的法治、贤明的君臣以及为民谋利三方面的德政表现。

| Abstract: | To make its ruling permanent,a dynasty must carry out the benevolent rule as well as the rule of law.During its reign of five hundred years,Shang Dynasty carried out the theocracy besides the benevolent rule.In the present historical data of The Book of History,there are some statements about the benevolent rule of Shang Dynasty,such as the loose rule of law,the wise emperors and the benefit for the people. |
