| 摘 要： | 传统的高校图书馆参考咨询服务工作存在着服务对象范围较窄、主动服务意识较差等问题,新形势下的高校图书馆参考咨询服务在信息源、服务内容、服务对象、服务手段、馆员角色等方面又呈现出一些新特点,这就要求新建本科院校图书馆参考咨询工作提高认识、加强参考咨询信息源建设、建立服务质量评价体系、借鉴网络模式的经验、开展用户培训、提升馆员素质,以实现良性发展。

| Abstract: | There are several problems in the library reference services of traditional universities, such as a narrow target range, less aware of active service. But in the new situation of the university library reference service, the information sources, service contents, service objects, service means, and librarians＇ roles have some new features. It requires to raise awareness, strengthen the establishment of reference source of information,build a service quality evaluation system, mirror the experience of the network model, carry out user training, enhance the quality of librarians in the newly library reference work, which can help achieve healthy development. |
