| 摘 要： | 以人为本,既是构建社会主义和谐社会的根本要求,也是构建和谐高校的一项基本原则。为此必须全面贯彻党的教育方针,用科学发展观统领学校发展全局,在为构建社会主义和谐社会提供人才支撑、知识贡献和文化条件的同时,实现自身和谐,促进学校事业全面协调可持续发展。

| Abstract: | Human-orientedness is not only a fundamental requirement of constructing harmonious socialism and harmonious society but also a basic principle for constructing harmonious university.Therefore,we should carry out the education policy of the Party and lead the university in its all-round development with scientific development view,in order to provide talents,knowledge and cultural conditions for constructing harmonious society,and at the same time realize the harmony of the university itself and promote all-round and sustainable development of the university. |
