| 摘 要： | 当代在校大学生所面临的挫折是普遍存在的,大学生抵抗挫折的能力减弱将严重影响到学生身心的全面健康发展,因此对大学生进行挫折教育刻不容缓。本文从什么是挫折和挫折教育、当代在校大学生所面临的挫折成因分析及提高大学生承受挫折能力的对策三个方面作一点探讨。

| Abstract: | It is common that college students face frustration nowadays.The lessening of college students' anti-frustration ability will seriously influence the development of all-round health of college students,so it is really urgent to educate college students to receive anti-frustration education.This paper analyzes the frustration,relevant reasons and how to enforce the capability of the anti-frustration in terms of what is frustration and what is anti-frustration education on the basis of my humble opinion. |
