高校德育工作之"成人化"教育思想

摘    要:基于大学生在生理上已经成人这一基本特点,通过与传统德育观念的比较,从教育者(教师)和受教育者(学生)两方面,分析研究了"成人化"思想所包含的主要内容、作用、要求和特点等,重点强调了师生双向互动的德育氛围和机制的确立,系统阐述了高校德育工作必须坚持"成人化"教育的新思想、新观念.

Abstract:Contemporary college education,a quick demand of moral instruction is to study how to catch out the moral-ideality teach following the rule of college education and satisfying peculiar domand of adult students.In this paper, the new ideal that moral instruction should be "toward adult" was set forward systematically,on account of the facts that the college students are adulthood.The idea persists its key point in the notion a double action mechanism between teacher and students should be estahlished and the background of college moral instruction must be set up"toward aduithood".this is known convnetional parts.
