| 摘 要： | 文章结合自动化专业实验教学的特点，应用有效教学理念重新审视实验教学的现状，提出并分析了制定科学而明确的教学目标、提升实验教师的专业素养与教学素养、合理选择并充分利用实验教学资源以及强化教学反思意识，探索科学的实验教学评价方法等，从而改进实验教学。

| Abstract: | Based on the characteristics of experimental teaching of automation profession, the paper re- examine the situation of experimental teaching with effective teaching concept. In order to improve the experi- mental teaching, the suggestion is to make scientific and clear teaching objectives, enhance the experimental teachers＂ professional and educational quality, make reasonable choice and full use of experimental teaching resources, as well as strengthen the teaching reflection and explore scientific methods to evaluate the experi- ment teaching. |
