摘    要:如今的大学生要想谋求一份理想的工作,仅凭良好的学习成绩已经很难赢得用人单位的青睐。从市场调查来看,许多用人单位对大学毕业生的就业能力并不满意。在严峻的就业形势下,高校应该根据市场需要,及时调整和改革课程结构,丰富和更新课程内容;增加通识课程和实践课程的比例;同时要灵活授课方式,以提升大学生的就业能力,满足用人单位的需要。

Abstract:It is difficult to find an ideal job for university students only by good grades. From the market survey, many employers are not satisfied to university graduates employability. In severe employment situa- tion, the university should be based on market needs, timely adjust and reform curriculum structure, enrich and update curriculum content; increase the proportion of general education curriculum and practical curriculum; while use flexible teaching methods to enhance the employability of university students, and then meet the needs of the employers.
