| 摘 要： | 专业建设是高校生存和发展的重要战略手段，要搞好专业建设必须首先系统考察影响专业发展的因素，在此基础上，才能采取相应的激励措施，以促进专业的发展。本文旨在运用科学社会学理论，着重从影响专业建制化程度的经济、技术、军事等社会外部因素，专业内部矛盾因素以及科学家自身因素三方面展开论述，以期对准确把握专业的发展规律，合理分配有限的科学资源，有效促进高校的专业建设作出贡献。

| Abstract: | Specialty Construction is the important strategic tool of Colleges' survival and development.To do the special- ty Construction well,we must firstly investigate the factors affecting professional development systemly.Only on this basis, can we take the appropriate incentive measures to promote the relevant specialties to develop.This paper set forth three factors influencing the degree of specialty establishment,which are economic,technological,military and other externally social factors, contradictory elements of specialty and scientists own factors.We intent to grasp the laws of specialty development accurately, distribute the limited Scientific resources reasonably and make contribution to the specialty Construction effectively. |
