教师校本培训有效性的实现

摘    要:中小学教师校本培训已成为教师在职培训的主流。以前的研究已经取得了相当的成果,亦摸索出一些有效的经验,但尚存在一些不足,影响了其有效性。中小学教师校本培训有效开展的基本要点是内容选择的广泛性、针对性,方式选择的自主性、实践性,计划的制定与管理的落实;教师校本培训的重点是校本培训“校本”的体现,成果的认定与评价,“合作伙伴”关系的建立等。

Abstract:School-based Teacher-training has become the main trend of teacher training. We have gained some achievement and experience, but the effectiveness needs to be promoted. The key positive strategies of teacher training should employ the approach of School-based Teacher-training. It means we should pay enough attention to the extensiveness and focus in the training materials, the independence and practicality in training methodology as well as the planning and management. The key points of the School-based Teacher-training include the spirits of the school base, the grading of achievement and evaluating, and the establishment of the co-operator relationship.
