素质教育:从"广度说"到"深度说"

摘    要:本文从素质教育的“广度说”,即认为素质教育是培养学生复合的知识结构的角度论述了实施素质教育的必然性。从素质教育“深度说”,即认为素质教育是使学生将知识内化为本能的过程的角度论述了教育应将知识传授、能力训练、情感培养以及行为方式、思维方式的养成等五个不同层次、不同方面的内容统一于教育的过程中。并结合以上五个层次内容的阐述,论述了“应试式”“灌输式”等教育方式的弊端。

Abstract:This paper discusses the necessity of characteristic education from comprehensiveness of characteristic education,i.e.it believes that characteristic education should foster students to form complex structure of knowledge.After that,it discusses the characteristic education from degree of depth,i.e.it believes in that characteristic education should transform knowledge into instinct according to the procedure of teaching knowledge,drilling ability,fostering sentiment,forming habit of behavior and mode of thinking.Meanwhile,this paper discusses the faults of "test-education" and "instillation-education".
