| 摘 要： | 农民群体上访原因多种,表现形式多样,所反映的问题涉及面广。农民群体上访问题严重,阻碍农村经济发展,影响农村社会稳定。各级党委、政府务必高度重视,有效化解农民群体上访矛盾,加快推进农村和谐社会建设。
