| 摘 要： | 新建本科院校建立科学的教学质量保证与监控体系,是提高教学质量的根本保证.坚持用系统科学和全面质量管理的理念来统筹教学质量保证与监控体系建设,是全面提高育人质量的首要前提.我们认为,新建本科院校建立教学质量保证与监控体系的重点是抓好教学管理队伍建设、完善教学管理规章制度、加强课程建设、加强检查与督导、认真开展评教活动、严把毕业论文(设计)质量关、实施本科专业评估、开展毕业生质量调查与评价等工作.
