| 摘 要： | 近年来，高职教育获得蓬勃发展。高职院校内涵建设要求教师具备较高的人文素质，而教师的人文素质水平却普遍偏低。因此，提升教师人文素质，需要高职院校进一步培养教师高尚的人格、专业化水平，为教师提高人文素质创造有利的条件。

| Abstract: | In recent years,vocational education has been flourished.The connotation construction of higher vocational colleges requires teachers to possess a higher level of human qualities,but the level of teachers' is generally low.Therefore,in order to enhance the humanities quality of teachers,higher vocational colleges need to further cultivate teachers' noble personality,and professional level for creating benefit condition for teachers to improve teachers' humanities quality. |
