| 摘 要： | 近年来，越来越多的人呼吁通过发展生态工业因（以下简称EIPS）使企业间形成生产网络，通过相互利用生产流程的废弃物，减少自然资源的投入和废物的排放，同时获得规模经济效应，从而实现经济发展与环境保护的双赢。本文采用文献综述的方法对西方国家EIPS运行和发展状况进行全面的评估，主要包括概念基础、发展的主要动力和阻力以及今后的发展方向。

| Abstract: | Within resent years, EIPs （eco-industrial parks） have been appealed to be developed as a way by which companies can network to use waste for earch other, reduce waste,and inputs of resources in Production Process,and achieve the win-win situation.The paper undertakes an assessment of operation and development of EIPs in western countries using a method of literature review.The review includes their conceptual grounding, and analyses their major advantages and disadvantages,and the Strategies for development. |
