| 摘 要： | 维生素pp对人体的健康起着重要作用,同时与人体运动能力的关系非常密切,它以其特有的方式参与有氧代谢和无氧代谢供能,且有生理保健功能。本文在分析维生素pp参与物质代谢的基础上,推断出维生素PP对有氧代谢运动能力的影响大于对无氧代谢运动能力的影响。
