| 摘 要： | 本研究通过对北京、上海、武汉、广州、西安5个城市的12所大学的抽样调查,应用因子分析法和排序法,建立了一个可量化测评的中国高等院校学生满意度的指标体系和评价模型。研究发现,"学校环境、风气"、"学生管理机制"、"教学基础设施"、"后勤服务"、"课外活动"、"教师职业素质"、"教学课程管理"、"职工服务意识"和"个人发展"是影响大学生满意度的重要指标。其中"学校环境、风气"和"教师职业素质"的权重最大,应成为学校提高学生满意度的重点。

| Abstract: | The research made sampling investigation in twelve universities in five cities: Beijing,Shanghai,Wuhan,Guangzhou,Xi'an.Adopting the methods of factor analysis and sorting,the research established an index system and assessment mode that could measure students' satisfaction quantitatively in China's HEIs(higher education institutiions).The research found that the important indexes that influence university students' satisfaction are: "campus environment and atmosphere","mechanism of student management","instruction facilities","logistic service","extracurricular activities","the professional quality of instructors","the management of curriculum","the service awareness of staff" and "personal development".Among them,"campus environment and atmosphere" and "the professional quality of instructors" account for the biggest weight,and therefore they should be where universities endeavor to improve students' satisfaction. |
