| 摘 要： | 图书馆的价值在于满足社会对文献的需求,而文献需求受到多种因素的影响,其中自然条件、社会生产方式、国家政策、经济运行机制、公民文化素质、经济发展水平、人们的生活方式、文献价值观念、图书馆发育水平以及社会发展等对人们的文献需求影响更为突出。
